- All Mayor’s cup participants are limited to two guests.
- All players, when not on court, and all tournament guests, must wear a mask. Remember that our participants are all juniors who are not able to be vaccinated. Please take care to keep them safe by wearing a mask when in the tournament area.
- Spectators must practice physical distancing unless they are with members of their household or close social contacts.
- Once the match is completed, the score must be reported by the player through electronic check in or at the score desk. All players and spectators should leave the tournament site immediately unless the winner is scheduled for a second match that day. In that case, the player and their guest(s) are asked to socially distance themselves until match time.
- All players and guests must complete a health questionnaire, which will be available at the check-in desk, on-line before their match to print out, or electronically on the check-in app. It must be completed and dated the day of the match. All participants and their guests will submit to a temperature check. An answer of”yes” to any of the mandatory health screening questions, or a fever, will result in that player or guest not being permitted to participate or spectate.
- Bathrooms are available in the tennis field house or the Cary Leeds Center. An additional health form is required to use the bathroom in the Cary Leeds Center. The CLC building is off -limits to any other visitors.
