Our goal in the Excellence Level is to help serious talented players become the best they can be. Through a process of assessment-planning-execution-evaluation, we integrate the four disciplines of Tennis Skills, Strength & Conditioning, Mental Skills, and Nutrition & Hydration, critical to high performing athletes achieving their goals in tennis.
Tournament Team I: Designed to help players 11-18 develop the necessary skills to be successful competitive tennis players. Team members receive instruction and practice learning effective technical, tactical and mental skills. Our emphasis on physical training is specific to tennis and includes improving flexibility, agility and core strength.
Tournament Team II: For Green and Yellow Ball players headed for serious competition that have solid technical skills and can play effectively in all parts of the court.
Tournament Team III: For players involved in competitive play at a high level who are headed for collegiate tennis or higher.
Tournament Team IV: (online schooling required) – An expanded day of tennis and physical training for players committed to playing college tennis and reaching for the highest level of play. Players must also be able to maintain high academic performance and be able to be independent learners
