Adult Programs

Our experienced and accomplished staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality adult tennis programming. We offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced lessons and league play for all NTRP ratings.

Adult Clinics and Classes

Fall/Winter Sessions held Oct-May 1
Spring/Summer Sessions held held May 1- Oct

*Each class requires at least TWO students to begin.

Cardio Tennis(3.0+): A high-energy, tennis-specific workout focused on reps, footwork, and conditioning. Combines live-ball and coach-fed drills for a fast-paced, fun session that delivers a great workout!

  • Wednesday 7:30-9a
  • Sunday 5-6:30p

Stroke of the Week(3.0+): A focused session with one stroke or theme each week designed to improve a weakness or fine tune a strength.

  • Friday 10-11:30a

 

Tennis Now Level 1 & 2
Learn tennis in a fun, supportive setting while building basic skills, court positioning, and scoring. This low-cost, 6-week program is a great way to start playing for life. Classes form
on a rolling basis, sign up with a friend and save $20 each!

Rate: $199 per six-week session (includes use of racquet)
*A minimum of four registrants is required for the session to run.

Advanced Beginner Clinic

Designed for 2.0–2.5 level players or graduates of Tennis Now Level 2, this clinic is ideal for those returning to the game or looking to strengthen their foundation while building consistency and confidence.

Players will focus on refining proper technique, improving rally consistency, and developing the fundamental skills needed to progress into higher-level intermediate clinics. The emphasis is on controlled repetition, point structure, and building comfort in live-ball situations.

Days/Times (June–August):

  • Tuesday: 6:30–8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 6:30–8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00–10:30 AM

Days/Times (September–May):

  • Tuesday: 8:00–9:30 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00–11:30 AM
  • Saturday: 1:00–2:30 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00–10:30 AM

Pricing:$60 Drop-In | $500/10-Class Package
(Packages expire one year from the date of purchase.)

  • 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
  • Coaches are subject to change; last-minute staffing adjustments may occur.
  • Punch cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
  • Classes require a minimum of two participants to run.

Intermediate Drill & Play

Designed for 2.5–3.0 level players looking to elevate their game through a mix of structured drills, strategy development, and live point play. This program bridges the gap between recreational and competitive tennis, helping players build consistency, confidence, and match awareness.

Players will work on rally tolerance, shot selection, court positioning, and point construction, while applying skills in both drill and live-play situations. Each session is designed to improve decision-making, consistency, and overall match performance in a high-energy, coached environment.

  • Monday: 7:00–9:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00–9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00–11:00 AM
  • Sunday: 9:00–11:00 AM

Days/Times (September–May):

  • Monday: 8:00–10:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00–10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00–11:00 AM

Refund, Cancellation, and Make-up Policy
Limited parking spots available at designed parking lot.  It is first come, first serve.  Please contact the front desk at 718-247-7420 for availability.
Changes to program selection will incur a $10 Admin Fee.
If more than 50% of a class is completed, it will be considered a full session, and no partial refunds will be provided.
