The GHI Bronx Tennis Classic presented by Panasonic is the largest USTA Challenger Pro Circuit Men's and Women's event in the United States bringing together tennis professionals from more than 20 countries who compete for $100,000 in prize money. NYJTL invites spectators and New York City school children to a fun-filled week of free special events.

Activities include adult and junior tennis clinics, Seniors' Day, New York's Bravest (New York Fire Department) vs. New York's Finest (New York Police Department) Tournament, and the Sports & Arts Academic Champions Kids' Around the World Day Parade displaying the enthusiasm and artistic talents of NYJTL participants proudly marching with their 10-foot banners.

The 2009 GHI Bronx Tennis Classic will take place August 15 - 23, 2009. A schedule of events will be available closer to the event.
