1. Take I-95 South, which becomes I-278 West
2. Take exit #36B towards (Rt-25W) go 0.1 mi
3. Bear Right on Queens Blvd
4. Turn Left on 58th St.
5. Turn Left on Queens Blvd (service road) – go down to 59th St. make right
6. Arrive at 58-12 Queens Blvd, entrance to the office is on the right

From Queens
1. Take I-678 North (Van Wyck Expressway)
2. Take exit #9 towards Queens Blvd/Rt-25
3. Continue on Queens Blvd
4. Turn Left on 58th St.
5. Turn Left on Queens Blvd (service road) – go down to 59th St. make right
6. Arrive at 58-12 Queens Blvd, Woodside, entrance to the office is on the right

From Brooklyn and Staten Island
1. Take the Belt Parkway East to the Van Wyck Expressway North.
2. Take exit #9 towards Queens Blvd/Rt-25
3. Continue on Queens Blvd
4. Turn Left on 58th St.
5. Turn Left on Queens Blvd (service road) – go down to 59th St. make right
6. Arrive at 58-12 Queens Blvd, Woodside, entrance to the office is on the right

From Manhattan
1. Take the Queensboro Bridge (lower level)
2. 59TH ST Bridge becomes Queens Boulevard
3. Continue on Queens Boulevard.
4. Stay to the right (take the service road)
5. Make a right on 59th Street.
6. You will see the entrance to the office on the right

From Long Island
1. Take I-495 (LIE) to exit # 19 toward Rt-25/Queens Blvd
2. Take Queens Blvd. Ramp toward Rt-25W
3. Turn right onto Queens Blvd.
4. Turn Left on 58th St.
5. Turn Left on Queens Blvd (service road) – go down to 59th St. and make a right
6. Arrive at 58-12 Queens Blvd, Woodside, entrance to the office is on the right
